Can you connect the tools I already use?
Often, yes. I use n8n integrations, APIs, webhooks, and custom code. First I check your apps, account permissions, and any platform limits, then explain what is possible.
Will AI send messages or make decisions on its own?
Only if that is part of the workflow we agree on. Replies can stay as drafts, important actions can require approval, and uncertain requests can go to a person. You decide where human review belongs.

A focused automation may take a day or two. A larger integration or assistant takes longer. The estimate includes a realistic timeline based on your tools, access requirements, and the complexity of the workflow.
What happens after the build?
I test the agreed workflow, explain how it works, and hand it over. Further changes and support are available at €80/hour during the discount period, then at the standard €100/hour rate, with no retainer required.
