Connect apps and APIs
Use supported integrations or custom API requests to read and update the records your workflow depends on.
Connect the tools that don’t quite connect.
You already have tools that do their individual jobs. I build the connections between them: integrations, scripts, dashboards, and workflows that move the right data to the right place.
Copying information between tools creates extra work and makes it harder to know which version is correct. Standard integrations can help, but they do not always support your fields, rules, or internal process. That is where a tailored connection makes sense.
Use supported integrations or custom API requests to read and update the records your workflow depends on.
Use a webhook when a tool can send an event, or a scheduled check when it cannot. Avoid unnecessary repeated manual checks.
Build focused scripts or dashboards for a specific job, such as reviewing incoming requests or preparing a recurring report.
Plan for missing data, duplicate events, and failed requests. Add validation, useful error messages, and retry or review paths where appropriate.
An illustrative example. The exact steps depend on your tools and process.
A record changes, a webhook arrives, or a scheduled job starts.
The workflow validates the data and applies your business rules.
An API call updates the destination app or prepares an internal report.
The result is recorded, with a notification or review path if something fails.
Before promising a connection, I check API availability, authentication, account permissions, and usage limits. A tool without a usable integration or export may require a different approach. The estimate makes those dependencies clear.
Need advice before a build? I can assess your current process and help you compare potential savings with the cost of a tailored solution. A description of how you work today is enough to start.
Many apps can be connected through native integrations, APIs, webhooks, or file exports. I check access and platform limitations during the initial assessment before confirming which connections are possible.
n8n provides a visual way to connect tools and add custom logic. It can be self-hosted or used as a hosted service. For a small task, a focused script may be simpler; the choice follows the job.
I explain how the workflow runs and what it depends on. My standard rate for fixes, changes, and support is €100/hour, discounted to €80/hour for the coming months. We can discuss hosting and ongoing ownership before starting.
Not sure what to automate? Let’s look at how you work, identify the costly manual steps, and decide what is worth improving.
